Product Overview
The easy-to-attach Nite Ize L.E.D. SpokeLit is the perfect way to increase your visibility, safety, and cool factor when you're riding your bike in the dark. Fueled by an efficient L.E.D bulb, this handy little device has two illumination modes-steady glow and continuous flash-to choose from. Press it onto the spokes of your wheel and slide towards the rim until the fit is tight, and it stays securely in place. And, here's the fun part: the SpokeLit not only marks your bike plainly in the dark, when you're riding at medium speed or faster, it creates the attention-getting effect of a moving circle of light. Water and shock resistant, it fits almost all kids' and adults' bike sizes.

FAQ
Do I need special tools to install the SpokeLit?
No tools are needed to install the SpokeLit. Simply press it onto the spokes of your wheel and slide towards the rim until secure.
My SpokeLit automatically turns off after about 1 minute. Do I have a defective product?
No. This product has a "Try Me" mode which allows customers to see the glow and flash modes for 30 seconds before turning off automatically. This feature allows the SpokeLit to be tested in stores without having the batteries drained from products being left on.
There should be a yellow sticker inside or attached to your SpokeLit with instructions. To deactivate, you simply press and hold down the switch. It will first go into the glow mode, then flash rapidly. Keep pressing down firmly until it shuts off on its own. (It is important to continue pressing down and wait for the rapid flash to shut off on its own.) This process will remove the "test mode" and allow you to use the product normally.
What type of batteries does the Spokelit use?
When your batteries get low, they can be replaced with two 3V Lithium 2016 coin-cell batteries. Extra batteries can be purchased at NiteIze.com under the product name Nite Cell or can be found wherever batteries are sold.
What type of spokes does it fit?
The SpokeLit is designed to work with the common round, straight-gauge spokes laced in a three cross spoke pattern. Detailed Specifications: Fits wheel sizes 16" - 27" with a spoke count of either 32 or 36 spokes.

If an item is marked as IN STOCK, then it is exactly that - In Stock and ready to ship.
If an item is marked as SPECIAL ORDER then this means please allow approx 3 extra days. Please rest assured that the item is available with our supplier and will be ordered-in that day.
If you choose NEXT DAY on a Special Order item, it will still get there the next day, as the supplier will send it to you directly.
If an item is Out of Stock, it will say so clearly. We can take a backorder via phone, and it'll dispatch as soon as stock arrives again.
Delivery Information
We dispatch stock lines on the same day if ordered by 2pm. Please see T&C for further details.
- We use 2nd Class Royal Mail (3-5 working days in most cases) or standard courier for larger items.
- You can upgrade to First Class (£2.95) for a faster delivery service (1-3 working days in most cases).
- Next Day (next working day) deliveries (£7.95, or £12.00 for Globes) must be ordered by 12pm.
- Courier deliveries are made on weekdays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an extra surcharge.
Delivery surcharges may apply to "Island & Highland" deliveries if the item is too large for Royal Mail.
We will always contact you in advance for confirmation.
Engraved items are posted once complete and are not always subject to same-day dispatch/next day delivery.
Oversized International Shipments
Some larger *international* shipments (like World Globes or Tents for example) may attract slightly higher shipping fees. If you are purchasing from abroad please email us in advance for a shipping quote.

As this was a gift for my nephew and not myself I can't personally comment on this product. But my nephew is very pleased with Spokelit he says he feels much safer at night knowing others can see him quite clearly and would recommend this product to others who were thinking of buying.
